Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum order is $100.00. If the order does not meet the minimum, a $25.00 service charge will be added.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open M-F, 8AM to 4:30PM.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes! If your items are in stock, you are welcome to pick your order up during normal business hours.
Q: Are you open to the public?
A: Yes! We have a showroom and are happy to sit down and discuss your packaging needs.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and, of course, cash. You may also contact us for our banking information if you prefer to pay via ACH. If you would like to apply for an open account, please download a credit application and return it to us. Our open account terms are Net 20 days.

Q: Do you have a price list?
A: Due to the rapid cost fluctuations in the products we sell, we do not publish a price list. Our packaging specialists will be happy to provide up-to-date pricing on any items you are interested in. We offer price discounts for larger quantity purchases.
Q: Are you a manufacturer?
A: No, we do not manufacture the products we sell. We are a wholesale distributor representing several hundreds of manufacturers in several different product lines.
Q: Why should I buy from a distributor? Wouldn’t it be cheaper just to buy direct from the manufacturer?
A: As a distributor, we represent several hundred manufacturers. Many of them only sell through distributors, and virtually all have high minimum purchasing quantities. Additionally, we act as an extension of your purchasing staff, searching for the containers and closures you require. We also carry an extensive standing inventory of multiple packaging components, allowing you to work with one company for all of your packaging needs.
Q: Can you decorate my bottle for me?
A: Yes, we can use your existing artwork or help you create a new design to silk screen or label your container. Click here for more information (send to our decorating page).
Q: Can you repack or assemble my package?
A: Yes! We offer repacking and light assembly of your packaging components, making us your one stop shop.
Q: How do I know if my product is compatible with the packaging?
A: You should always test your product with the samples that we send to you prior to purchasing them. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to determine the compatibility of their product with the packaging they intend to use. We make no guarantee, warranty, or recommendation for any intended use and specifically caution that many products are not compatible with certain plastics, glass, and/or metals.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All requests for returns must be received by us within 60 days of the original purchase. Please note that all items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original boxes.
All returns are subject to approval. Please contact your packaging specialist or call 800-738-3931 to receive a return authorization number. We will only accept returned product(s) and issue credit if a return authorization number is clearly noted on the return.
All shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the credit issued to you.
Q: Are items available that are not on your website?
A: Yes! The products on our site represent what is typically warehoused at our facility. WB Bottle has access to thousands of additional packaging components and can also work with you to create a private mold. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, contact your sales representative to discuss your needs.
Q: What kinds of bottles and jars do you sell?
A: We have a vast inventory of bottles in our warehouse, including liquor bottles, kombucha bottles, and cold brew bottles. – can we add additional product lines? I.e. – containers for the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries as well?
Q: What materials does WB use?
A: Different applications call for different materials. Therefore, we stock glass bottles and plastic bottles in various resins. We have also worked in metals and ceramics on our specialty lines.
Q: Do you sell accessories for the jars and bottles?
A: WB sells many accessories, including dispensing pumps, closures, sifters, shrink bands, and sprayers.
